Job responsibilities：

1、Measuring scale on the spot, responsible for receiving customers to understand their requirement, communicate with customers on the design;

2、Complete the design scheme alone, and make a clear and professional introduction to the customer, provide reasonable design advice to the customer, and confirm the scheme with the customer;

3、Make an appointment with the customer to make second time measurement, sign the order to make the customer submit the first payment, and communicate with the household service manager to place the order for the customer;

4、Responsible for developing sales channels, developing new customers and secondary development of old customers;

Qualifications：

1、20 to 35 years old, college degree or above;

2、Proficient in CAD, Photoshop, 3Dmax, 3d home, cool home music and other software;

3、Experience in designing furniture, wardrobe, etc;

4、At least 1 year experience in furniture customization and home decoration design

5、Familiar with the furniture manufacturing process, be able to independently complete the complete renderings, structure drawing;

6、Sensitive to spatial structure and color, familiar with the current decorative design style and all kinds of material collocation or have experience in interior decoration design;

7、Have rich imagination and creativity, have sense of space, have strong sense of responsibility, team spirit;

8、Have good communication skills, have a certain understanding of the home decoration industry.

Job responsibility：

1、Responsible for leading the team to achieve the store sales target;

2、Responsible for the formulation and decomposition of annual, quarterly and monthly sales targets, as well as the allocation and implementation of sales tasks;

3、Responsible for the weekly meetings and morning meetings, summarized and arranged plans, and arranged monthly shifts for employees;

4、Responsible for store image maintenance management and store cleaning management;

5、Responsible for store personnel management, performance evaluation and team building;

6、Responsible for the training and coaching of store assistants;

7、Responsible for handling complaints and suggestions of the store;

8、Complete tasks arranged by leaders.

Qualification:

1、Age between 25 and 35 years old;

2、College degree or above;

3、More than 2 years working experience as store manager;

4、At least 3 years sales experience in furniture stores;

5、Excellent communication skills, strong sense of responsibility, proactive and team work spirit.

Qualification：
